All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Funds are held in escrow and released to the outfitter after the hunt is confirmed complete.
Cancellation terms depend on each outfitter's policy, which is clearly displayed before you book. Most outfitters offer a full refund 30+ days before the hunt.
All outfitters must provide valid licences, insurance, and references before their listings go live. We verify credentials manually before approval.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of your hunt. We investigate every complaint and have a resolution process to protect hunters.
